 We were happy to have Aunt Linda and Uncle David here to visit from Maryland.

 And this is something new for us...Phil was able to watch some of the game with us! yay! Max kept leaning over to Phil and saying "I gotta tell you a secret."

I have had this video for awhile...found and it made me laugh out loud so I decided I should post it.  Max wore this costume 2 Halloweens ago!! It fits a little snug now.

Emma's first day of 1st Grade. She has been in school for about a  month and enjoying it. One her favorite classes is music. 

Destin August 2012

Our trip to the Emerald Coast in August was our last hooray of the summer.  The kids and I went 2 weeks before Emma started school. Unfortuantely, Phil had to stay in Orlando and work. We had fun staying in Pensacola for a few days and then also in Destin. Most of these pictures have already been posted on Facebook but I thought I would go ahead and add them here too.

Indiana 2012

Here are few pictures from our trip to Indiana, July 2012. We drove up in 2 days and then stopped in Atlanta to see some friends and go to the Georgia Aquarium. A 10 day roadtrip...a new Ashler family record. Max met a new friend named Chunky.

 April/May 2012. puzzle time.

 April/May 2012. Thanks for some great friends who loaned us their extra bike trailer. We are looking forward to using it again in the fall/winter/earlyspring. (as I am writing this...it is still a wee bit hot and humid in Orlando)

 Emma turns 6! Celebrated with a few friends/neighbors.

Winter/Spring2012

Here is a video of random pictures spanning end of December 2011 to approximately March or April of 2012.
*at the end of December 2011 we had one last visit to Sea World to see their Holiday decorations...as you will see Emma in front of some glowing Christmas trees.
*Beach pictures taken in January while hangin' with Papaw and Mimi at good ol' Anna Maria Island.
*January- Family outing to FSU Bowl Game (name i cannot recall right now) here in Orlando and watching the Orange Bowl parade in downtown Orlando.

*During Emma's spring break we spent a day at Disney and visited The Magic Kingdom and Disney's Movie Studio (what used to be called MGM hollywood studios).  When the kids met Phineas and Ferb...Emma was excited but Max was not so much.  The best part at magic Kingdom...Emma and max were both big enough to ride the new kiddie rollercoaster...barnstormer.
