Welcome home.
Phil and I made it home about 8pm on Sunday and we were welcomed by Emma's big smile and lots of hugs. She kept running around say 'daddy home, mommy home.' Here is a pic of us with Nanny.

The weekend began with a trip to Publix.
Emma receiving her daily beauty treatment.
While Phil and I were in Atlanta for a weekend wedding(July25-27), Emma got to stay home and play with her Nanny and Grand Aunt Crista. They definitely had a girls weekend. Nanny and Grand Aunt Crista drove all the way from Gulf Breeze/Destin to play for the weekend. (We are pretty sure they enjoyed themselves.)

A day in the life of...
After seeing many friends and family create blogs, we have decided to try one ourselves. We hope to use this to keep family and friends updated on the happenings of the Ashler household. Of course most of the excitment will be generated by Emma as she is entering the joyous world of a 2 year old. Enjoy!!
