A lesson in cutting with a VERY dull butter knife and a VERY thin piece of yellow squash. She was a good helper (while staying very preoccupied) during our dinner prep tonight. There may have been more mashing than cutting going on...but hey, you gotta start somewhere. Johnson & Wales class of 2028?
